●Product Introduction

· F-J035 Precision Mold Adhesive is a two-component addition-curing silicone material that can cure at room temperature or by heating.

　　Product Features

·Low shrinkage rate, no low molecular weight substances are released during the crosslinking process, thus maintaining the volume unchanged, with a shrinkage rate less than 0.1%.

· No thickness limitation on the product, can be deeply cured

·Excellent resistance to both high and low temperatures, ranging from -60°C to 250°C

· Food-grade, odorless and tasteless, FDA food-grade certified

· High tensile and tear resistance

· Good fluidity, easy to灌注; can cure at room temperature or with heat, easy to operate

　　Purpose

·Used for molding in casting epoxies, polyester resins, polystyrenes, vinyl plastics, fixtures, paraffin, large concrete components, cultural stones, concrete, etc., also for the manufacture of precision molds for metal crafts, positioning fixtures, alloy vehicle parts, and food-grade molds.

　　Instructions and Precautions for Use

· Mix A and B components evenly by weight in a 1:1 ratio, then pour after vacuum degassing. Operating time at room temperature (28°C) is 30 minutes, with full curing in 3-6 hours; heating to 60-120°C allows for full curing in a few minutes.

·Separate from containers that have been used with shrinkable silicone during operation. Use un-used room temperature silicone tools to handle this silicone.
