　　Important Reminder:

　　1.Our products do not require the addition of silicone oil to adjust hardness and fluidity. If customers need a softer or more fluid product than the above brand, please contact our company for a quote. We do not recommend adding silicone oil, and for soft molds or products with very fine patterns, the general addition ratio of silicone oil is usually only 5%-10%.

　　Additive Ratio and Reaction:

　　1、Add 2-3% hardener; it has a workable time of 30-40 minutes (at room temperature) and the mold will fully cure in 4-5 hours.

　　2、The silicone and curing agent mixture ratio is 100:2-3. For example: 100 grams of silicone with 2-3 grams of curing agent. The curing agent is provided free of charge at a 5% ratio. If users require a shorter or longer working time, it is generally not advisable to adjust the amount of curing agent by adding less or more. Instead, please contact our company for newly formulated curing agent.

　　User Notice:

RTV-2 mold silicone, also known as two-component room temperature vulcanizing silicone, boasts excellent fluidity and operability. Adding 2%-3% of the curing agent, the silicone remains fluid within 30 minutes. Full curing of the mold takes 4-5 hours. Generally, molds are left to rest for 24 hours before use, at which point their performance is more stable, resulting in better usage effects. The finished molds exhibit properties such as acid and alkali resistance, aging resistance, low deformation shrinkage, high-temperature resistance, and good resistance to force and tearing. They are widely used in precision mold duplication and the production of molds for resins, polyresins, gypsum, candles, and handcrafted soaps.

This product is a white, liquid material that cures to a hardness of 25 degrees. If you're manufacturing large-sized products, a higher hardness silicone is more suitable for your needs. Conversely, for products with intricate patterns, a softer silicone is recommended. The amount of curing agent added is determined by customer requirements, and the curing time is affected by the amount of curing agent. The more curing agent added, the faster the curing process; the less, the slower.

　　Technical Guidelines:

1. Stir the curing agent (Component B) well before use.

2. A component to B component ratio: 100:2-100:3, this ratio is calculated based on the weight of components A and B. The weight is determined by the results from the electronic scale.

After pouring Components A and B into the container, stir them thoroughly with a stirring rod. The mixture is well blended when the color is relatively even. Ensure that the bottom and sides of the container are scraped well to ensure the silicone can fully mix with the curing agent. If not well blended, the silicone mold may exhibit uneven curing, affecting the lifespan and demolding frequency of the silicone mold, potentially leading to mold failure in Shenzhen.

4. After mixing silicone and curing agent thoroughly, proceed to the vacuum degassing step. The vacuum time should not be too long; typically, do not exceed five minutes. Ensure the container is not too full during vacuuming, as silicone may easily overflow during the process.

5. Vacuum-treated silicone should be slowly poured from one corner of the mold frame to ensure even material flow, which aids in gas release. This method prevents air bubbles in the cured mold.

6. The mold will fully cure in 4-5 hours at room temperature. Do not heat cure; if temperature is needed to accelerate the curing time, it is not recommended to exceed 60 degrees.

7. If the casting prototype is made of ceramic or other silicon-containing materials, painting the prototype before casting facilitates demolding.

8. To achieve the desired effect, the mold should be left to rest for 24 hours before use.

At room temperature of 25°C, unopened, for 12 months

This product is packaged in iron drums, available in two sizes: 25kg and 200kg.

　　Storage and Transportation：

1. Molding silicone should be stored in a room-temperature, dry environment, and sealed containers, avoiding contact with water to prevent spoilage.
