I. Product Featuresand applications
Simulated Water Transparent Potting Adhesive is a low-viscosity, sticky gel-like transparent two-component addition curing silicone potting adhesive that can cure at room temperature or by heating, with the characteristic that the higher the temperature, the faster the curing. It does not produce any by-products during the curing reaction and can be applied to the surfaces of materials such as PC (Poly-carbonate), PP, ABS, PVC, and metals. Suitable for insulation, waterproofing, and fixing of electronic components. Fully complies with the EU ROHS directive requirements.
Typical Applications
- Specimen encapsulation, plant and animal specimen packaging and display
Precision electronic components
High-transparency and high-recovery requirement encapsulation for module power supplies and printed circuit boards
Section 3: Application Process
1. Prior to mixing, ensure that A component and B component are thoroughly blended within their respective containers.
2. When mixing, adhere to a weight ratio of A component to B component = 1:1.
3. The HY 9310 can be degassed as needed. Simply mix the A and B solutions thoroughly, then place them in a vacuum container and degas for 5 minutes at 0.08 MPa before灌注 for use.
4. Maintain the corresponding curing time above the temperature specified in the technical parameters table before and after curing. If the applied thickness is thick, the curing time may exceed this. Both room temperature and heated curing are acceptable. The curing speed of the adhesive is affected by the curing temperature; it takes a long time to cure in winter, so it is recommended to use heated curing. Cure for 20 minutes at 80-100°C, and it usually takes about 8 hours to cure at room temperature.
!! The following substances may hinder the curing of this product or cause it to remain uncured. Therefore, apply after simple experimental verification, and clean the application area if necessary.
... Non-cured condensation silicone
Amine-cured epoxy resin

V. Cautionary Notes:
1. The rubber compound should be stored in a sealed container. All mixed rubber compound should be used up in one go to prevent waste.
2. This product is non-hazardous; however, do not ingest or get into eyes.
After storage for a period of time, the adhesive may separate. Please mix thoroughly before use; it will not affect performance.
4. Contact with the following chemicals will prevent HY-9315 from curing:
1) Organic tin compounds and silicone rubbers containing organic tin.
2) Sulfides and sulfur-containing rubbers, etc.
3) Amines and materials containing amines.
During use, please avoid contact with the aforementioned substances.
