●Product Introduction

· Cement DIY mold adhesive is a two-component addition curing silicone material, which can cure at room temperature or by heating.

　　Product Features

·Low shrinkage rate; no low molecular weight substances are released during the crosslinking process, hence the volume remains unchanged with a shrinkage rate less than 0.1%.

· No thickness limitations on the product, capable of deep curing

·Excellent resistance to extreme temperatures, ranging from -60°C to 250°C

· Food-grade, odorless and tasteless, FDA food-grade certified

· High tensile and tear resistance

·Good fluidity, easy to灌注; can cure at room temperature or with heat, convenient to operate

　　Purpose

·Used for molding and casting in epoxy resin, polyester resin, polystyrene, vinyl plastics, fixtures, paraffin wax, large concrete components, cultural stone, concrete, etc. Also suitable for precision mold manufacturing of metal crafts, positioning fixtures, alloy vehicle parts, and food-grade mold manufacturing.

　　Usage Instructions and Precautions

· Mix A and B components in a 1:1 weight ratio and ensure even mixing. After vacuum degassing, pour immediately. Operating time at room temperature (28°C) is 30 minutes, with full curing in 3-6 hours; heating to 60-120°C allows for complete curing in a few minutes.

·Keep separate from containers that have been used with silicone sealants. Use unused room temperature silicone tools to handle this silicone.
