Wiring: Uncoated soft copper or tin-plated soft copper stranded conductors comply with GB/3956, 6th type
Insulation: PVC/C type insulating material conforms to GB5023.1 and GB/T8815
Color Codes: Identification of insulated wire cores conforms to requirement 4.2.5 of JB8734.1-1998, with color identification or numerical core wires, if the outer layer features a combination of yellow and green colors.
Core Wire Structure: In a layered core wire structure, it is optional to fill the gaps in the middle of the insulated core wire with filler. The filler does not stick to the insulated core wire, and the cables can be wrapped with PP tape or non-woven fabric for cushioning, if desired.
Sheath: PVC/ST4 protective sheath, black (RAL9005) or gray, compliant with GB5023.1 and GB/T8815; also available for customization in other colors as per customer request.
Application Standard: JB8734.4-1999
