Mechanical seal low-pressure reaction vessels are suitable for vacuum and low-pressure conditions, primarily composed of the reactor body, lid, jacket, stirrer, transmission unit, mechanical seal unit, mixing unit, heating and cooling equipment, and supports. The corresponding auxiliary equipment includes fractionating columns, condensers, separators, collection tanks, and filters, etc.
The reactor structure can be designed as open or closed, vertical or horizontal, with or without jacket, and the jacket body is mainly divided into integral jacket, detachable jacket, and semi-circular tube jacket. Agitators include anchor, frame, paddle, turbine, scraper, and combined types. The rotational mechanism can use cycloidal pinwheel reducer, gear reducer, variable speed reducer, or frequency conversion speed regulation, meeting special reaction requirements for various materials. Heating and cooling can be achieved through jackets, semi-tubes, coil pipes, Miller plates, etc., with heating methods typically including electric heating, recirculating water heating, thermal oil circulation heating, steam heating, far infrared heating, external (internal) coil pipe heating, jacket cooling, and internal coil pipe cooling.
The materials for the vessel body of mechanical seal low-pressure reactors can be carbon steel, stainless steel, titanium, nickel and nickel alloys, zirconium, PTFE coating, and metal composite panels, etc.
