Low-temperature vacuum concentrator
I. Scope of Application
Low-temperature vacuum concentrator, a new type of concentration equipment developed on the basis of integrating advanced evaporation concentration technologies from both home and abroad, is mainly suitable for the dehydration and concentration of high-viscosity or heat-sensitive products in the food, biological, and chemical industries. The concentration temperature is inBetween 20-50℃; adjustable according to the user's process requirements.
Biologicals: Protein Solutions, Insulin, Plasma, Bile Extracts, Animal Gelatin.
Dairy Products, Fruit Juices, Beer Malt Extract, Tea Extract, Coffee Extract.
Chemical Products: Saccharin, insecticides, etc.
II. Equipment Composition
This unit is primarily composed of components such as a vacuum rotating film evaporator, defoamer, condenser, receiver tank, vacuum pump, and discharge pump, featuring a compact structure and rational layout.
III. Working Principle
The low-temperature vacuum concentrator reduces the evaporation temperature of the material through high vacuum levels. It is internally designed with a rotating drum, where both the bottom of the evaporator and the interior of the drum are heated with hot water. The continuous rotation of the drum increases the evaporating surface area and capacity, forming a film evaporation principle. As the material continuously contacts the heated, rotating drum surface, it evaporates under vacuum conditions, achieving a continuous process of feeding raw material and discharging concentrated liquid.
4. Key Features
This equipment's success has completely transformed the traditional concentration process, eliminating issues such as high temperatures, long processing times, material instability, easy scaling and drying during concentration, and poor fluidity after concentration, which makes it difficult to further concentrate. Due to the low evaporation temperature of the raw materials within the equipment, a significant amount of the material's active ingredients are preserved. This enhancement satisfies and exceeds the users' requirements for low-temperature concentrated products.
Achieve continuous feeding and discharge under vacuum conditions.
2. Concentrated process achieves pipeline, continuous, and automated operations.
3. Ultra-low temperature evaporation preserves the product's active ingredients.
4. Process temperature adjustable between (20-50°C).
5. Material concentration is unrestricted under conditions of fluidity.
6. Features online concentration monitoring and automatic material discharge upon completion.
7. Equipped with an in-place automatic cleaning system, fast, no blind spots, and thorough cleaning.
8. Recycles various solvents during operation.
9. The entire equipment meets GMP requirements.
