Turbines, fans, coal mills, pumps, and marine propulsion systems in industrial and mining enterprises all rely on oil coolers for the lubrication of large and medium-sized machinery. Based on the strengths of similar products, our company has conducted extensive experiments on the vibration of the oil-side laminar flow in heat exchange tubes, successfully developing a new type of tubular oil cooler.
(2Product Structure and Working Principle
The tube-type oil cooler features a flow operation where oil flows through the shell side and water flows through the tube side. The heat transfer coefficient on the oil side outside the tube is [insert coefficient value here] times that of the inside tube heat transfer coefficient.120-10The thermal resistance is primarily on the oil side. This equipment replaces the traditional bow-shaped baffle with a swirl guide baffle. The main principle is that the cooling oil, after being pumped into the shell of the cooler, is guided by the swirl guide baffle to rotate and move forward. As it rotates, the oil also washes along the circumferential direction of the tube. The structural parameters of the tube are the optimized results from multiple comparative tests, offering excellent performance, safety, and reliability. It is an ideal auxiliary equipment for steam turbine units.
