The QZ series spherical bearing is a special type of rubber bearing product composed of an upper bearing plate, a lower bearing plate, a spherical plate, a polytetrafluoroethylene sliding plate (F4, spherical four-fluorine plate), and a rubber stopper. Named for replacing the rubber plate in the bowl-type bearing with a spherical four-fluorine plate, it also features a spherical middle steel plate and bottom bowl, reducing the friction coefficient. Its displacement is achieved through sliding between the upper bearing plate and the flat four-fluorine plate. Guiding slots or rings can be set on the upper bearing plate to constrain the bearing's unidirectional or multidirectional displacement, allowing for the production of spherical unidirectional sliding bearings and fixed bearings. The sliding between the spherical plate and the spherical four-fluorine plate meets the need for bearing rotation angles.
The QZ series ball bearing supports are composed of these 6 parts:
1. Upper Support Plate 2. Lower Support Plate 3. Support Ball Core 4. PTFE Round Plate 5. PTFE Ball Plate 6. Stainless Steel
QZ Spherical Steel Support Main Technical Performance
1. The QZ spherical steel support is divided into 16 grades based on the reverse force (axial bearing capacity): 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000, 7000, 8000, 9000, 10000, 12500, 15000, 17500, and 20000 kN. For forces greater than 20000 kN, a separate design and processing is required.
2. The spherical bearing design has turn angles of 0.01, 0.015, and 0.02 rad.
3. Ball joint displacement: Longitudinal direction: 1000~2500KN, e=±50mm; 3000~1000kN, e=±50mm, ±100mm, and ±150mm. Lateral direction: Equipped with DX multi-directional sliding bearing, e=±20mm. Design displacement can be adjusted according to engineering requirements.
4. The design friction coefficient of the spherical steel support under the condition of PTFE plate lubricated with grease is as follows: at a stress of approximately 30Mpa, it is 0.03 at room temperature (-25℃ to +60℃), and 0.05 at low temperature (-40℃ to +40℃).
5. The QZ rubber bearing can withstand horizontal forces: the transverse horizontal force of the longitudinal sliding bearing (ZX) is 10% of the bearing reaction force; the fixed bearing (GD) can bear horizontal forces of 10% of the bearing reaction force.
