Basin supportThe GPZ(Ⅱ) Basin-type Support is a new type of bridge support made from steel components and rubber. Compared to other similar basin-type supports and cast steel roller bearing supports, it boasts features such as high load-bearing capacity, large horizontal displacement, and flexible rotation. It is also lightweight, compact in structure, simple in construction, low in building height, convenient for processing and manufacturing, and saves steel, reducing costs. It is an ideal support for large-span bridges. This series of supports has 31 load-bearing levels, ranging from 0.8MN to 60MN, meeting the needs of large bridge construction.
In this standard series, the horizontal bearing capacity of the fixed supports in all directions and the non-sliding direction of the single-direction sliding supports is not less than the vertical bearing capacity of the supports.10%. The horizontal bearing capacity of the seismic-type support shall not be less than 20% of the vertical bearing capacity of the support. The rotation angle of the support shall not be less than 0.02 rad. After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the design friction coefficient for the normal temperature type sliding support is 0.03.
Please add5201 silicone grease lubricated, cold-resistant type sliding bracket design with a friction coefficient of 0.06
