Hastelloy is a nickel-based corrosion-resistant alloy, primarily divided into two categories: nickel-chromium alloys and nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys. Known for its excellent corrosion resistance and thermal stability, Hastelloy is widely used in the aerospace industry and the chemical sector.

Hastelloy plates are suitable for various chemical industries involving oxidizing and reducing mediums. Higher molybdenum and chromium contents enable the alloy to withstand chloride ion corrosion, while tungsten further enhances its corrosion resistance. Additionally, C-276 Hastelloy tubes are among the few materials that can resist corrosion from moist chlorine gas, hypochlorite, and chlorine dioxide solutions, and exhibit significant resistance to high concentrations of chloride salt solutions such as ferric chloride and copper chloride.
Application Fields, Heat Exchangers, Bellows Compensators, Chemical Equipment, Flue Gas Desulfurization and Denitrification, Pulp and Paper Industry, Aerospace Applications, Acidic Environment
In both oxidizing and reducing atmospheres, it exhibits excellent corrosion resistance to the majority of corrosive mediums.
②Excellent resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and stress corrosion cracking.
