The SGM080-3A-P/T is a fully servo-driven packaging machine specifically designed and developed for single-piece and irregular-shaped products. The equipment utilizes four Ether CAT servo drive systems, which drive servo motors through servo drives to ensure the overall operation of the machine. It also employs an Ether CAT fieldbus control system to synchronize the connection between upstream and downstream equipment in the factory.

The equipment features a reciprocating sealing system, which, compared to the traditional rotary sealing system, can simultaneously handle packaging of products with varying heights and lengths. In terms of elegance, the reciprocating sealing system also surpasses the traditional rotary system, and also enhances the heat sealing effect of the sealing surface.
2Intelligent Filling, *****, to prevent waste
The SGM080-3A-P/T comes standard with the "Product Anti-Cut System" and "Product Anti-Pillowbag System."
(1) "Anti-Cut System" + "Intelligent Reciprocating Sealing System"
When the SGM080-3A-P/T enters the packaging mode, products are bulk-loaded into the packaging equipment for wrapping. Should an error occur in the filling position of a product, it will undoubtedly affect the production progress and yield of the entire production line. To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically detect an error in the filling position of a product and promptly stop the reciprocating sealing system. The feeding system will then automatically remove the product with the filling error from the equipment until the process is complete. The machine will automatically resume production without any manual intervention during this period.
**In *** circumstances, if the filling position of the product changes due to human error, the reciprocating sealing system can quickly reverse within 0.8 seconds upon contacting the product, to safely avoid sealing incorrect filling positions, preventing accidental damage to the sealing system. During this period, no human intervention is required as the equipment automatically resumes operation.
(2) "Product Anti-Aircraft Bag System"
Once the SGM080-3A-P/T enters packaging mode, if the operator on the upstream conveying line places products at inconsistent speeds, the time at which products enter the packaging equipment will vary, resulting in intermittent entry. If the packaging equipment performs continuous packaging tasks during this time, it will inevitably produce many empty packages (bags without products inside). To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically activate the "anti-empty bag system" and switch the packaging equipment to "standby mode" when the real-time monitor of the SGM080-3A-P/T conveying system does not detect products entering the packaging equipment. The system will then automatically resume production once the next product is ready for packaging, without any manual intervention required.
3Single-stage flat belt conveyor system
When packaging products with high surface aesthetics or adhesives, the single-level flat belt conveying system is the preferred choice for product transportation (replacing the traditional pusher conveying line). Throughout the entire process, from the product being transferred onto the equipment conveying line to the completion of packaging, each stage of the equipment's belt conveying system will synchronize with the product, preventing surface scratches that could affect aesthetics and *** the quality of the product's packaging.

To facilitate simple operation and packaging, the parameter settings of the SGM080-3A-P/T, product data switching, and real-time equipment status monitoring are all integrated into a 10-inch color LCD dynamic touch screen, allowing operators to switch data or perform maintenance checks on the equipment at the fastest speed.
