
The XLSM-550-3A is a fully servo-driven packaging machine specifically designed and developed for single-body and irregular products. The equipment utilizes four Ether CAT servo drive systems, which power servo motors through servo drives to ensure the entire machine's operation. It also employs an Ether CAT fieldbus control system to synchronize the connection of upstream and downstream equipment in the factory.

The equipment utilizes a reciprocating sealing system, which, compared to the traditional rotary sealing system, can handle packaging of products with varying heights and lengths simultaneously. In terms of elegance, the reciprocating sealing system surpasses the traditional rotary sealing system, and also enhances the heat-sealing effect on the sealing surface.
2Smart Filling, eliminating waste
The SGM080-3A-P/T comes standard with the "Product Anti-Cut System" and the "Product Anti-Pillow Bag System."
(1) Product Anti-Shear System + Smart Reciprocating Sealing System
Once the SGM080-3A-P/T enters packaging mode, the product is packaged in large quantities within the packaging equipment. If an error occurs in the filling position of a product, it will undoubtedly affect the production progress and yield of the entire production line. To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically detect an error in the filling position of a product and stop the reciprocating sealing system. The feeding system then automatically transfers the product with the filling error out of the equipment until completion, and the machine automatically resumes production without any human intervention.
**In the event of *** circumstances, if the product's filling position changes due to human error, the reciprocating sealing system can quickly reverse within 0.8 seconds of contacting the product, avoiding sealing system damage by bypassing the incorrect filling position. No manual intervention is required during this time, as the equipment automatically resumes operation.
Product Anti-Aircraft Bag System
Once the SGM080-3A-P/T enters packaging mode, if the operator on the upstream conveyor line places products at inconsistent speeds, it will result in products entering the packaging equipment at varying times, causing intermittent packaging. If the packaging equipment performs continuous packaging tasks during this time, it will inevitably produce many empty packages (packages without products inside). To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically activate the "anti-empty bag system" and switch the packaging equipment to "standby mode" when its real-time monitor does not detect products entering the equipment. The system will remain in standby until the next product is ready for packaging, at which point the SGM080-3A-P/T will automatically resume production, requiring no manual intervention.
3Single-stage flat belt conveyor system
For products requiring high surface aesthetics or adhesive products, the single-stage flat belt conveying system is the preferred choice for product transport (replacing traditional pusher conveyor lines). Throughout the process, from the product being transferred onto the equipment conveyor line to the end of packaging, the belt conveying system at each stage of the equipment will move in sync with the product, preventing surface scratches that could affect aesthetics and *** the product's packaging quality.
