I. Equipment Overview

The XLSM-550-3A is a fully servo-driven packaging machine specifically designed and developed for monolithic, irregular, and other similar products. The machine employs four Ether CAT servo drive systems, which drive servo motors through servo drives to ensure the overall operation of the equipment. It also utilizes an Ether CAT fieldbus control system to synchronize the connection between upstream and downstream equipment in the factory.

Suitable Hot Seal Film Types: Hot sealable composite films (PE/PET, OPP/PE, OPP/CPP), paper composite films, aluminum foil composite films, food-grade composite films, heat shrinkable films, and other material packaging rolls.

Dual Film Hanger System (capable of hanging two rolls of packaging film simultaneously)

Anti-airbag System (Material-packed automatically, standby automatically without material)

Anti-jamming system (automatically stops the sealing system when the product is misaligned, protecting the product)

Adjustable bag maker (simply adjust the SGM080-3A-P/T packaging film bag maker when the product's dimensions vary)

Single-stage belt conveyor system (seamless belt conveyor system, single-axis material handling)

10-inch Color LCD Touch Screen (for switching between product packaging parameters and equipment operating parameters, as well as monitoring the equipment's operating status)

Film Centering Frame (Automatically aligns to the center of the rolled film after the film is hung onto the film spool axis)

Servo Motor Drive (the core power for completing packaging tasks)

Exhaust System (for expelling excess air from the product packaging bag)

Nitrogen Filling System (Inflating the product packaging bag with an appropriate amount of nitrogen)

Various automatic material handling systems (organizing disordered products and orderly feeding them into the packaging machine for packaging)

Punching Device (per customer's request, holes are punched on the seal surface of the product packaging bag for easy hanging on supermarket shelves)

Coding Machine (for printing dates, QR codes, and related product parameters on product packaging bags)

Labeling Machine (Applying product labels to the surface of product packaging bags according to customer specifications)

Corner folding device (mechanically folds the four corners of the product packaging bag)

The automatic film splicing system (SGM080-3A-P/T) can simultaneously hold two rolls of packaging film. When the current roll is used up, the machine will automatically splice onto the next roll, continuing the product packaging production without any downtime or manual intervention.

Multi-language display (official languages of other countries can be selected to be displayed on a 10-inch color LCD dynamic touch screen for user convenience)

Pusher-type conveyor line (Packaging equipment can opt for a pusher-type conveyor system, which is convenient for special product packaging requirements)
