XLSM-550-3A Filter Core Packaging Machine/Filter Core Pillow-Type Packaging Machine/Reciprocating Pillow-Type Machine

The XLSM-550-3A is a fully servo-driven packaging machine specifically designed and developed for single-piece and irregular products. The equipment utilizes four Ether CAT servo drive systems, powered by servo drives to drive servo motors, ensuring the entire machine's operation. It also employs an Ether CAT fieldbus control system to synchronize connections between upstream and downstream equipment in the factory.

1Intelligent Filling, **********, to prevent waste

The SGM080-3A-P/T comes standard with the "Product Anti-Shear System" and "Product Anti-Bagging System."

(1) Product Mis-cut Prevention System + Smart Reciprocating Sealing System

Once the SGM080-3A-P/T enters packaging mode, the product is processed in bulk within the packaging equipment. Should an error occur in the filling position of any product, it will undoubtedly affect the production progress and yield of the entire production line. To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically detect an error in the filling position of a product and immediately halt the reciprocating sealing system. The feeding system will then automatically remove the product with the filling error from the equipment until the issue is resolved. The machine will then automatically resume production without any manual intervention.

**In the event of *** situations, if the product filling position changes due to human error, the reciprocating sealing system can quickly reverse within 0.8 seconds of contacting the product, avoiding sealing system damage by emergency evading the incorrect filling position. No manual intervention is required during this time, and the equipment automatically resumes operation.

(2) "Product Anti-Aircraft Bag System"

Once the SGM080-3A-P/T enters packaging mode, if the operator on the upstream conveying line places products at inconsistent speeds, the time at which products enter the packaging equipment will vary, resulting in intermittent entry. If the packaging equipment continues with continuous packaging tasks during this time, it will inevitably produce a large number of empty packages (bags without products inside). To address this, the SGM080-3A-P/T can automatically activate the "anti-bag system" and switch the packaging equipment to "standby mode" when its real-time monitor detects no product entering the packaging equipment. It will then automatically resume production after the next product is packaged, without any manual intervention required.

2Single-stage flat belt conveyor system

For products with high aesthetic requirements or adhesive products, a single-stage flat belt conveyor system is the ideal choice for product transport (replacing traditional pusher conveyor lines). Throughout the entire process from the product being transferred onto the equipment conveyor line to the end of packaging, the various stages of the conveyor system will synchronize with the product, preventing any surface scratches that could affect aesthetics and ensuring the quality of the product's packaging.
