PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disk vacuum filter has fully absorbed the advantages of similar foreign products. It addresses the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tubes due to the filtrate containing solid particles. It has made a leap in optimizing and improving its overall stability and structural reliability. It features robust structure, stable disk operation, powerful automatic variable-speed stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, wear-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth has high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life. It ensures excellent dewatering indicators in solid-liquid separation.

Technical Features
Filter Fan
To overcome certain shortcomings in the use of existing filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests tailored to the specific needs of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demands.
The surface is smooth with evenly distributed dehydration holes, featuring a reasonable hole rate. Both the edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only enhances the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. The filter fan head features chamfered edges with high strength, and the bottom is reinforced with ribs, making it less prone to damage or breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib direction forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter blade, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter blade enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and so is its weight by 1/3. It is now a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan that can be extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for the filter blades.
2. Spindle and Filter Tube:
Filter tubes (including the shaft end) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes with thick walls, which are not prone to wear and increase the lifespan by two to three times or more.
2. The flange connection at the interface of the filtrate tube and the filter fan has been eliminated, and a mold positioning direct welding is now used. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, thus eliminating potential gas leakage points.
Each filter vane is secured with a pressure plate, with stainless steel bolts and nuts at both ends for tight fitting, rust-resistant, and easy to replace the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing
In response to the special properties of mineral powder, and considering the common issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems being unreliable in the current market, our company has adopted the following mixing device to achieve optimal results, and it has received widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or helical sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Water-tight seal employed.
3. Utilizes a PTFE composite seal.
4. Filling and sealing.
5. The shaft surface is chrome plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Body
The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. By adding an alumina polymer wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally resolved.
2. For different materials, select different materials to manufacture the tank. Available options include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined tanks.
Five: Control Panel, Friction Discs
Manufactured with special abrasion-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease for a balance of hardness and flexibility, offering excellent sealing performance with a lifespan of over three years.
Section 6: Lubrication and Cleaning:
The equipment operates smoothly with centralized multi-point automatic lubrication using oil pumps.
Filter cloth cleaning is achieved with an automatic cleaning device, ensuring simultaneous operation and cleaning, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizing variable frequency speed regulation, the system adjusts according to the concentration and flow rate of the material to achieve optimal working performance.
