PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disk vacuum filter draws upon the advantages of similar foreign products, optimizing and improving its overall stability and structural reliability in response to the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tubes due to the filtrate containing solid particles. It features a robust structure, smooth disk operation, strong automatic variable-speed mixing, reliable shaft-end sealing, abrasion-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth has high tensile strength, a smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and a long service life, ensuring excellent dewatering indicators in solid-liquid separation.

One: Filter Fan
To overcome certain shortcomings in the use of existing filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demand.
The surface is smooth with uniformly distributed dehydration holes, featuring a reasonable hole rate. Both the edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only enhances the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. Filter fan heads feature chamfered edges for high strength, and the bottom of the filter fan is reinforced with ribs, making them less prone to damage or breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib direction forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter blade, resulting in low fluid resistance. The large effective area of the filter blade enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and so is its weight, by 1/3. It's a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter fans, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly.
2. Main shaft and filter tube:
1. Filter tubes (including the shaft end) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes with thick walls, which are less prone to wear and can extend the lifespan by two to three times.
2. The flange connection at the junction of the filtrate tube and the filter fan has been eliminated, and the molding positioning is used for direct welding instead. This removes the factor of aging gasket pads in the original flange connection, thus eliminating potential gas leakage points.
Each filter vane is secured with a pressure plate, held tightly at both ends with stainless steel bolts and nuts, which are resistant to rust and facilitate the later replacement of the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing
In response to the special properties of mineral powder, and considering the common issues of filter machines leaking and agitator systems being unreliable in the current market, our company has adopted the following agitator unit to achieve optimal results, receiving widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or helical sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Utilize water-tight sealing.
3. Utilizes PTFE composite sealing.
4. Filling and sealing.
5. The shaft surface is chrome-plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its robust and durable structure. Moreover, by adding an alumina high-performance wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear has been fundamentally resolved.
2. Select different materials for the槽体 based on the type of material. Available options include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber boards, and anti-corrosion lined options.
Five: Control Panel, Friction Disc
Utilizing specially formulated wear-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease, offering a balance of rigidity and flexibility, excellent sealing performance, and a lifespan of over three years.
Section 6: Lubrication and Cleaning:
Utilize centralized multi-point automatic lubrication with a dry oil pump to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
Filter cloth cleaning is done with an automatic cleaning unit, ensuring continuous operation and cleaning, maintaining excellent dewatering performance.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizing variable-frequency speed control, it adjusts according to the material's concentration and flow rate to achieve optimal working performance.
