PGT (ZPG, GPT) Disc Vacuum Filter
The mining heavy-duty disc vacuum filter draws on the advantages of similar foreign products. It addresses the characteristics of metal minerals with high density, rapid sedimentation, and strong impact force on the filter tubes from the filtrate containing solid particles. It has achieved a leap in optimization and improvement in overall stability and structural reliability. It boasts features such as sturdy structure, smooth filter disc operation, powerful automatic variable-speed stirring, reliable shaft-end sealing, wear-resistant and durable ceramic filter tubes, high filter fan strength, and large porosity. The filter cloth has high tensile strength, smooth surface, high cake discharge rate, and long service life, ensuring excellent dewatering indicators in solid-liquid separation.

One: Filter Fan
To overcome the existing deficiencies in the use of current filter fans, our company has conducted numerous reliability tests specifically tailored to the unique requirements of the mineral processing industry, ultimately developing a new type of filter fan that meets market demand.
The surface is smooth, with evenly distributed dehydration holes and a reasonable hole rate. The edges of the filter vanes and ribs are rounded, which not only improves the dehydration rate but also extends the service life of the filter cloth.
2. Filter fan heads feature chamfered edges for high strength, with reinforced ribs at the bottom to prevent damage and breakage during assembly and disassembly.
3. The rib orientation forms a reasonable angle with the centerline of the filter blade, resulting in low fluid resistance. The larger effective area of the filter blade enhances the processing capacity of the filter machine.
4. The wall thickness of the filter fan is increased by 1/3 compared to the standard, and so is its weight, by 1/3. It is a structurally sound and robust filter fan available in the domestic market, with an average lifespan extended by 1.5 to 2 times.
5. Special-structured filter blades, paired with stainless steel bolts, significantly enhance both corrosion resistance and ease of disassembly for the filter blades.
2. Spindle and Filter Tube:
Filter tubes (including shaft ends) are made of high-strength, wear-resistant ceramic composite steel pipes, with thick walls that are not easily worn, significantly increasing lifespan by two to three times.
2. The flange connection at the interface of the filtrate tube and filter fan has been eliminated, and the mold positioning direct welding is adopted instead. This eliminates the aging factor of the original flange connection's anti-leakage rubber gasket, thus removing potential air leakage points.
Each filter blade is secured with a pressure plate, with stainless steel bolts and nuts at both ends for tightness, rust-resistant, and easy to replace the filter cloth, significantly reducing labor intensity.
3. Mixing:
In response to the special properties of mineral powder and considering the common issues of filter machines leaking and mixing systems being unreliable in the current market, our company has adopted the following mixing device to achieve ideal results and has received widespread positive feedback from customers.
1. Utilize port magnetization anti-seepage technology or helical sealing – to prevent mineral powder from entering the mixing sleeve.
2. Utilizes water-tight sealing.
3. Utilizes a PTFE composite seal.
4. Filling and sealing.
5. The shaft surface is chrome plated, making it resistant to rust.
Four: Tank Chassis
1. The tank, serving as a container for material slurry and a load-bearing support for equipment, plays a crucial role in product stability due to its sturdy and durable structure. By adding an alumina polymer wear-resistant coating at the bottom of the tank, the issue of easy wear on the tank is fundamentally addressed.
2. Different materials are selected for the tank bodies based on the specific material requirements. Available types include carbon steel, stainless steel, carbon steel lined with rubber plates, and anti-corrosion lined tanks.
Five: Control Disk, Friction Plate
Crafted from special abrasive-resistant boron-phosphorus cast iron, lubricated with yellow grease, offering a balance of toughness and flexibility, excellent sealing performance, and a lifespan of over three years.
Six: Lubrication and Cleaning
The equipment operates smoothly with centralized multi-point automatic lubrication using oil pumps.
The filter cloth is cleaned using an automatic cleaning device, ensuring continuous cleaning while in operation, thus maintaining excellent dewatering efficiency.
Section 7: Electrical Control
Utilizes variable frequency speed regulation to adjust based on material concentration and flow rate, achieving optimal working performance.
