There are two types: open and enclosed. They can be categorized as suspended or countertop based on installation methods. The electromagnetic vibration feeder has a simple structure, easy operation, requires no lubrication, and consumes little power; it can uniformly adjust the feeding amount. Thus, it has been widely applied, typically for loose materials. During configuration design, it's best to minimize the pressure of materials on the trough, with the effective discharge opening of the storage not exceeding one-fourth of the trough width, as per the manufacturer's requirements. The flow rate of materials should be controlled between 6-18m/min. For materials with large feeding amounts, a sufficient height baffle should be set at the discharge area at the bottom of the storage bin; the baffle must not be fixed to the trough to avoid affecting the feeder's performance.
