
Represent Party A in on-site construction management, overseeing the progress of work, quality of construction, and contract fulfillment by various units during the construction process.
Project Manager: Responsible for coordinating the internal relationships between Party A, the construction unit, supervision unit, construction teams, and their internal operations; responsible for controlling the progress and quality of construction, preparing construction plans and organizing construction activities.
Civil Engineering Supervisor: Responsible for on-site management of civil engineering projects. Compilation of civil engineering negotiations, labor utilization, and quality assurance of civil engineering construction.
Electrical Supervisor: Responsible for on-site management of electrical matters. Preparation of electrical negotiations, utilization of construction personnel, and quality assurance of electrical construction.
Pipe Foreman: Responsible for on-site management of pipelines. Compilation of negotiations regarding water heating, staff usage, and quality assurance of water heating construction.
Quality Inspector: Oversee construction quality during the construction period.
Document personnel: Inspection and application for entry and usage of various materials during the construction process; collection, organization, and compilation of various documents during construction.
Material Specialist: Ordering and procurement of engineering materials, on-site delivery.
Safety Officer: Promotion and preparation of the engineering safety system and construction safety management.
Laborer: Perform various material and technical experiments in the lab according to specified specifications.
Budget: Pre-project budgeting and post-project settlement. The budget officer should frequently visit the site, understand actual quantities, and be able to conduct assessments on-site. Timely project settlements are also necessary to save more profits for the company.
