The SKCA100 series is a commonly used suspension mechanism for automotive molds. It is mainly fixed at the bottom mold base of the automotive mold from the top, with return limit blocks and stroke limit blocks respectively set on both sides of the moving inclined wedge at the top; a return spring is set on one side of the moving inclined wedge; a punch at an angle to the horizontal plane is set on the upper end of the lower end of the moving inclined wedge; a guide slider at an angle to the horizontal plane is set on the other end of the lower end of the moving inclined wedge, with an oil-soaked graphite insert in the slider. The hoisting inclined wedge mechanism can reduce the number of mold operations, shrink the overall outline dimensions of the mold; and can lower the mold stamping and maintenance costs.
