The SUWB200 series is a commonly used suspension mechanism in automotive molds. It is primarily fixed under the top mold seat of the automotive mold, with return limit blocks and stroke limit blocks respectively set at the ends of the moving wedge on the upper seat; one side of the moving wedge is equipped with a return spring; the lower end of the power wedge has a punch at an angle to the horizontal plane; the other end of the power wedge below has a guide slider at a certain angle to the horizontal plane, with oil-soaked graphite inlaid in the slider; the lifting wedge mechanism can reduce the processing process of the mold, minimizing the overall profile size of the mold. It can also lower the cost of mold stamping and maintenance.
