The UCMSC50 series is a commonly used suspension mechanism on automotive molds. It is mainly fixed at the bottom mold base of the automotive mold from the top, with return limit blocks and stroke limit blocks respectively set on both sides of the moving wedge at the top; a return spring is set on one side of the moving wedge; a punch at an angle to the horizontal plane is set at one end of the lower part of the moving wedge; and a guide slider at an angle to the horizontal plane is set at the other end of the lower part of the moving wedge, with an embedded oil-soaked graphite in the slider. The hoisting wedge mechanism can reduce the number of mold processes, shrink the overall outline dimensions of the mold; and can lower the mold stamping and maintenance costs.
