Used machinery equipment import procedure:

Application to the Inspection and Quarantine Bureau at the Port of Import for the Recordal of Used Machinery Import Inspection

2. Concurrently process the import license for old machinery, apply for O Certificate

3. Overseas Inspection - CIQ Inspection issues a Certificate of Conformity, and process the Pre-Shipment Inspection Certificate for Imported Used Machinery Products

4. Obtain the original certificate of record and the "Inspection and Quarantine Certificate" at the domestic import port inspection bureau.

5. Import inspection and quarantine recordal, "Pre-inspection Record for Imported Used Machinery Prior to Shipment" and inspection and quarantine application

6. Prepare import documents — Arrange freight from overseas to the port — Conduct customs inspection at the port of import — Review import customs documents — Issue tax invoice, pay taxes — Customs on-site verification — Release goods — Land transportation to manufacturer.
