The gas-fired heat-conducting oil furnace is a national standard energy-saving periodic operation furnace with ultra-energy-saving structure, boasting a 65% energy-saving effect. The carriage is equipped with collision-proof sealed bricks, and the furnace door features a spring-tensioned locking mechanism, automatically sealing the carriage and the door. It comes with an integrated rail system, requiring no foundation installation; simply place it on a level ground for use. It is mainly used for heat treatment, such as quenching, annealing, and aging, of high-chromium, high-manganese steel castings, nodular cast iron, roller, steel balls, 45 steel, stainless steel, and various mechanical parts.
Structural Features
Utilizing a wet-back internal combustion three-pass structure, the boiler's top features a header pipe, effectively preventing direct flame radiation to the rear wall, increasing the radiant heating surface area, and enhancing the boiler's thermal efficiency.
