Execution Standard
1. Designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and inspected in strict accordance with national and industry standards for boilers, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 "Shell Boilers", TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers", GB50273 "Construction and Acceptance Standards for Installation of Boiler Projects".
2. The main steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring the boiler's safety and reliability.
3. Welding materials are selected according to NB/T47018, and the boiler tubes are焊接 using argon gas protected full penetration welding. The welds are inspected and tested with X-ray methods as per NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment."
