Execution Standards
1. Designed, manufactured, assembled, tested, and inspected in strict accordance with national and industry standards for boilers, including but not limited to the following standards: GB/T16508 "Shell Boilers", TSG G0001 "Regulations for Safety Design Supervision of Boilers", GB50273 "Code for Construction and Acceptance of Boiler Installation Projects".
2. The primary steel used in the boiler is 20 GB/T3087, ensuring safe and reliable operation.
3. Select welding materials in accordance with NB/T47018; boiler tubes are焊接 using argon-protected full penetration welding. The welds undergo X-ray inspection and testing as per NB/T47013 "Non-destructive Testing of Pressure Equipment."
