Electroplating wastewater treatment technology process
Wastewater produced in the workshop first enters the equalization pond, where the water quality is adjusted. It is then pumped into the reaction pond by Pump No. 1, mixed thoroughly with chemicals. Afterward, it flows into the primary sedimentation pond for the separation of sludge and water. The water from the primary sedimentation pond is pumped into the anaerobic pond by Pump No. 2, and water distribution is achieved using a pulse distributor. The hydraulic impact can stir the sludge in the pond, allowing it to mix with water. Anaerobic decomposition breaks down large organic molecules into smaller ones, and organic pollutants adsorbed by aerobic degradation are converted, thereby meeting the standard discharge requirements for wastewater.

Electroplating Wastewater Treatment Technology Features
1. Save on operational costs:
The membrane bioreactor effectively removes bacteria, viruses, and other harmful substances, reducing the need for disinfection equipment and daily dosing, making management and operation much simpler and convenient.
High level of automation:
Membrane biotechnology significantly reduces the process flow, incorporates advanced self-control technology and intelligence, and has achieved fully automatic control, greatly minimizing costs related to labor and more.
3. Excellent water quality
This equipment utilizes the cutting-edge membrane bioreactor technology from abroad. The system produces effluent water quality exceeding national standards in all aspects, and it outperforms traditional treatment equipment, making it suitable for recycled water use.
4. Small equipment footprint
This equipment does not require sedimentation ponds, filtration basins, or other liquid separation devices, nor does it need backwashing. The suspended solids in the effluent are comparable to those of traditional separation equipment. The entire system's operation process is simple and easy to understand, thus significantly reducing the total land area occupied by the system equipment.
