The refrigerant in the water-cooled industrial chiller's fluorine system is a low-pressure gas that is drawn into the compressor and compressed into a high-temperature, high-pressure gas. Subsequently, the gaseous refrigerant flows to the outdoor condenser, where it gradually condenses into a high-pressure liquid as it releases heat to the outside. Then, after passing through a throttling device, it is reduced in pressure and temperature, transforming back into a low-temperature, low-pressure mixture of liquid and vapor. This mixture then enters the indoor evaporator, where it absorbs heat from the indoor air, continuously vaporizing and thereby lowering the room temperature. The vapor reenters the compressor as a low-pressure gas and the cycle repeats. Due to the efficiency of water-cooled chillers when paired with cooling towers, water can carry heat faster than air, resulting in a higher energy efficiency ratio compared to air-cooled chillers. Additionally, the environmental temperature has less impact on the unit, and it is also much smaller in size. Therefore, water-cooled chillers are relatively more affordable in price.
