Chiller Features:
1Stable Performance: Utilizes multiple compressors in parallel, each with its own independent refrigeration circuit, including evaporators and condensers that are completely separate. All compressors are controlled by a unified microcomputer system, operating individually with no interference between them. Additionally, all machines of this brand are made with genuine components, resulting in a low failure rate. Due to these factors, the series boasts highly stable performance, making it the top choice for long-term continuous operation without the need for additional backup machines.
2Energy-saving: Utilizes parallel operation of multiple small to medium-sized compressors, causing minimal interference to the power grid during startup and shutdown. As the load changes, the unit automatically determines the number of compressors to start, ensuring that the operating compressors are in optimal working condition, thereby effectively conserving electricity.
3Long service life: The evaporator and condenser are designed very reasonably and are positioned above the compressor. Throughout the operation, the vast majority of lubricating oil remains inside the compressor, ensuring optimal lubrication of the compressor.
Chiller working principle:
Fill the in-unit water tank with a certain amount of water, cool it using the refrigeration system of the cold water machine, then pump the chilled water into the equipment that requires cooling. After the cold water machine carries away the heat, the temperature of the chilled water rises and returns to the tank, achieving the cooling effect. The cooling water temperature can be automatically adjusted to meet requirements, saving water over long-term use. Therefore, the cold water machine is a standard energy-saving device.
