Features:
1. This machine features dual-temperature display: "Temperature 1" shows the water temperature, while "Temperature 2" indicates the return water temperature, allowing for better detection of the mold's temperature.
2. Features residual water recovery, which prevents the accumulation of leftover water in the mold cavity and connecting pipes from flowing onto the ground and contaminating the work environment. Leftover water in the mold can cause rust in the water conveyance pipes, potentially leading to blockages over time—a common issue in many businesses. To address this, Senchi Company has specifically designed a residual water recovery function. Simply press the water recovery button during demolding to thoroughly drain the water from the mold and connecting pipes.
Four Key Advantages
1. Design separates electricity and water; the heating tube does not touch the water. Instead, the water bucket is replaced with a pipe, which is bent into an oval shape using a CNC pipe bending machine. The heating tube is placed in the center of the oval.
2. Excellent thermal conductivity; the water pipe is about 3 meters long and wraps around the electric heating tube. After securing the water pipe and electric heating tube, they are pressure cast into an aluminum block using a die casting machine. This forms a heat exchange unit. The high pressure of the die casting machine fills all gaps between the electric heating tube and water pipe, resulting in a high density and improved thermal conductivity.
3. Energy-efficient and eco-friendly, the reduced water volume in the pipes achieves the effect of water-to-heat instantly. The entire heat exchange unit is wrapped in insulating cotton, ensuring heat is not lost externally, thereby saving energy and promoting environmental protection.
4. High-temperature protection: The entire heating unit is wrapped in insulating cotton and assembled with a stainless steel shell. All power lines are properly connected, and an over-temperature control switch is installed inside. When no water passes through, the temperature rises rapidly and the control switch disconnects the power to prevent the heating element from being damaged by excessive heating temperature.
