Aluminum alloy air outlets are widely used in air conditioning systems as supply outlets. According to usage requirements, an aluminum air volume control valve (V- gate) can be installed behind the outlet. Double blade air outlets have two perpendicular blades that can adjust the angles of both horizontal and vertical blades, thereby modifying the airflow diffusion area to change the throw. The outer frame width of the outlets comes in two types: wide and narrow frames, suitable for ventilation systems with special requirements. Double blade air outlets (aluminum alloy)
Aluminum alloy double louvre air outlet, widely used in air conditioning systems as supply outlets. According to usage requirements, an aluminum air volume control valve (butterfly valve) can be installed behind the outlet. The double louvre outlet features two sets of louvers that can adjust the angles of horizontal and vertical blades, thereby controlling the airflow dispersion area and altering the throw. The outlet frame comes in two widths: wide and narrow, making it suitable for ventilation systems with special requirements.
Aluminum alloy air outlet applications:
This series is typically installed on pipelines or side walls as side supply air outlets. The double blade damper has two adjustable angle-moving blades. The short blades are used to adjust the divergence angle of the supply air flow and can also be used to change the direction of the air flow; adjusting the long blades allows the supply air flow to adhere to the ceiling or incline at a certain angle (when supplying warm air). The outer blades of the double blade damper or the blades of a single blade damper can be parallel to the long side or the short side, and the choice can be made according to customer requirements.
Aluminum alloy air grille features:
1. Double-layer adjustable blades for various wind throw distances and diffusion angles
2. Suitable for supply air outlets
3. Available in aluminum or iron construction
4. Can be used in conjunction with regulating valves
How to tell the quality of aluminum alloy air outlets? Check the thickness, or weight, of the aluminum alloy material. Generally, heavier outlets tend to be of better quality. Hold the top of the outlet and rotate it back and forth to see if the aluminum alloy outlet deforms. Inspect the workmanship and surface smoothness of the aluminum alloy outlet, ensuring the joints are flush and the welds are intact. Observe the color of the aluminum alloy outlet: it should be even, with no obvious creases visible on the blades from the outside. If adjustable, the movement should be smooth and flexible.
