Manual shut-off valve installation: The arrow direction on the valve is aligned with the airflow direction of the duct.

Ducts, silencers, and other components should be wiped clean, free of oil stains and loose dust. Ports should be sealed when construction is paused or completed.

The duct strength should be sufficient to prevent cracking at the joints under 1.5 times the working pressure.

Installation Precautions for Ductwork and Duct Calculation Ensure the main duct velocity is 5 m/s and the branch duct velocity is 3 m/s when designing the ductwork to be as small as possible. Duct calculation formula: (Selected Equipment Airflow ÷ 3600) ÷ Wind Speed = Duct Cross-sectional Area. Also, note that the duct: Length ÷ Width ≤ 4, generally do not exceed 4, and treat special cases differently. Duct Opening Selection: (Selected Room Airflow ÷ 3600) ÷ Wind Speed = Diffuser throat cross-sectional area. Note: The double-baffle duct opening area is the area obtained from the above formula ÷ 0.7.
