MG one-way clutch is used for low-speed overrunning in the inner ring. When attaching a belt wheel, gear, or sprocket to the clutch, insert the clutch into the hub of the side-mounted assembly and screw in high-tensile bolts into the threaded holes on the clutch face. In the MG series clutches, for pressure ventilation, there should be a gap between the top of the clutch keyways. A pressure ventilation hole is also provided in the keyway of the inner clutch ring. When installing the clutch onto the shaft, apply pressure to the inner ring only, not the outer ring. Use other devices to absorb thrust loads instead of the overrunning clutch. Be aware of overheating when using the MG series overrunning clutch in medium to high-speed applications. The lifespan of the overrunning clutch will be shortened when the outer ring temperature exceeds 70℃. In this case, use another type of clutch or provide an oil bath or forced lubrication. This type of clutch is not sealed with lubricating oil before shipment; please add an appropriate amount of lubricating oil before use.
