This heating plate is mainly used for softening low-temperature thermoplastic sheets. Easy to use, safe, and practical.

Usage Instructions:

1. Connect power cord (220V power)

2、Turn on the power switch on the right.

3、The middle on the right is the temperature control panel. Press the SET button and then use the up and down arrows to adjust the temperature. It is recommended to set the temperature between 77-82 degrees Celsius.

4、Place the low-temperature thermoplastic sheet, the heating will automatically stop when the temperature reaches the set temperature, and it will restart heating if the temperature falls below the set temperature by 2 degrees Celsius.

5、Achieve softening in 5-7 minutes at the set temperature (the higher the temperature, the shorter the softening time)

6、Power off after softening is complete

System Parameter Settings

Press and hold the SET button for 3 seconds to set system parameters.

P0: Heating Mode: H-Heat, C-Cooling

P1: Temperature for restart after setback: normally set to 2

P2: Maximum Temperature Limit: Default parameter is 100 degrees Celsius

Usage Instructions:

When softening plywood, someone must be present to monitor it; do not heat for extended periods.
