Taste has always been dedicated to the research of patient transfer solutions. The "Taste Medical Transfer Pad" allows for easy and quick transfer or movement of patients at any time and place, helping patients to turn over.

Product Composition:

This product consists of disposable sliding pads (over 80g), disposable flat sheets (bed sheets), and absorbent pads (absorbing over 2kg of liquid).

The sliding pad allows for the transfer of patients by just one or two people, replacing the previous method that required four to five. It saves effort and time, significantly reducing the labor intensity for staff.

Fracture or post-surgery patients, often unable to be moved or touched due to pain or having drainage tubes, can be safely and smoothly transferred without being moved or touched at all with the use of disposable sliding pads.

3. Effectively prevent secondary damage:

Previous methods of transportation involved multiple people lifting at different points and with varying force, which could easily cause discomfort to the patient and even lead to injury due to improper handling. The sliding pad allows for the patient to be moved across the bed as a whole, preventing secondary injury and achieving a smooth and comfortable transfer.

Instructions for Use:

Lay the product flat on the operating table before surgery, positioning the side handles at the patient's shoulder and hip levels. Simply place the high molecular sorbent pad beneath the patient's surgical site.

Tie-down straps

Once the patient is on the operating table, their hands will be secured with restraints.

3. Clean up

Remove high molecular weight absorbent cotton after surgery, clean blood stains and body fluids.

4. Transfer (Operating Room)

Align the patient transfer vehicle and operating table side by side, adjust the height to equal, pull the handle of the sliding pad, and smoothly transfer the patient onto the vehicle.

5. Transportation (Ward)

After returning the patient to the ward, align the transport cart with the bed and adjust to the same height, then pull the handle to transfer the patient to the bed.

Cautionary Notes

To ensure optimal usage, please adjust the height of the car/bed/table to be consistent. Any height difference should be within 15cm.

2. For safety purposes, please align the car/bed/table side by side; any gaps should be within 10 cm.

3. When transferring patients, it is best to have an assistant on the opposite side to assist in pushing the patient.
