This product is a dual-color flexible fiber, designed for senior's golf ball court. Made of wear-resistant and anti-aging polypropylene, the widened and thickened grass fibers offer superior tensile strength.
Service life of not less than 6 years. The grass fibers are woven using the tufted technique, with a non-directional design that enhances the smooth running of the golf balls and uniform friction.
Artificial Turf Gateball Court Size: The playing area dimensions are typically 20 meters by 15 meters, or 20 meters by 25 meters, with a surrounding auxiliary area of at least 1 meter.
Region, surrounded by a well-built ball stop wall.A 20m x 15m site, the finished size is generally not less than 22m x 17m.

Preparation before bonding artificial putting green turf:
1. The grass carpet base, non-woven fabric, seam fabric, etc., to be bonded must be cleaned thoroughly and should be dry with no moisture on the surface.
2. It is recommended to conduct construction at temperatures above 5°C; avoid working during rainy or plum rain seasons, as this may lead to excessively long adhesive curing times.
Causes non-stick phenomena.
Detailed installation process for a putting green artificial turf:
1. Gluing: It is required to apply the glue evenly on the surface with a brush, without reapplying repeatedly, as this may cause bubbling and even falling off. Base fabric
Apply glue evenly, strictly controlling the thickness, and pay attention to the appropriate gluing speed. Apply the glue separately to the two bonding surfaces.
2. Adhesion: Adjust the curing time based on the actual effects of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure at the time. Generally, it is 10-30 minutes after the adhesive is applied.
Within minutes, the adhesive reaches 80-90% dryness, and it should not stick to the skin when touched. During bonding, it is required to align and secure the adhesive in one go. Never move the bonded item back and forth after bonding.
The object being handled.
3. Pressure Application: After bonding, clean the surface debris, and then use a rubber mallet to firmly hammer from the bonding area towards both sides, ensuring the surface is fully sealed.
Tight and dense, ensuring stronger bonding.
4. Curing: The curing time is typically three days, with the detection strength being evaluated after ten days. Therefore, close attention must be paid to maintenance during the curing period.
Avoid excessive sun exposure, water immersion, and movement to achieve the bonding state.
5. Clean the chopped grass fragments from the site after cutting but before spreading quartz sand and rubber granules.
