This product is a two-color flexible string, designed for elderly badminton court use. Made of wear-resistant and aging-resistant polypropylene, the widened and thickened grass fibers offer superior tensile strength.Service Life
Not less than 6 years. The grass yarn is woven using a tufted technique, and the non-directional design ensures smoother ball movement for gateball, with uniform friction.
Artificial Turf Gate Ball Court Dimensions: The playing area is typically 20m x 15m, or 20m x 25m, with a surrounding auxiliary area of at least 1m.
Region, surrounded by a well-built netting wall. The playing area is 20 meters by 15 meters, and the final dimensions are generally no less than 22 by 17 meters.

Prepare for Artificial Turf Installation on a Pitch and Putt Course:
1. The surfaces of the turf, non-woven fabric, seam fabric, etc., to be bonded must be thoroughly cleaned and completely dry with no moisture.
2. It is recommended to conduct the construction at temperatures above 5°C, and it is not advisable to work in rainy or plum rain weather, as this may lead to excessively long adhesive curing times.
Causes non-stick phenomenon.
Soccer Field Artificial Turf Installation Process:
1. Gluing: It is required to apply the glue evenly on the surface with a brush, without reapplying repeatedly, as this may cause bubbling and even falling off. Base fabric
Apply glue, controlling the glue thickness strictly, and ensure the gluing speed is moderate. Apply the glue separately to the two bonding surfaces to be adhered.
2. Adhesion: Reasonably control the drying time based on the actual effects of temperature, humidity, and atmospheric pressure at the time. Generally, it is 10-30 minutes after the adhesive is applied.
Within minutes, the glue should be about 80-90% dry to the touch and not sticky. Ensure a one-time accurate alignment and secure bonding during the adhesive process. Do not move the bonded item back and forth after the bonding.
The object being handled.
3. Pressing: After the bonding is complete, remove any surface debris, and use a rubber mallet to firmly tap from the bonding area towards both sides, ensuring the surface is fully sealed.
Tightly packed, offering stronger bonding.
4. Curing: The curing time is typically three days, with the strength test usually conducted after ten days. Therefore, close attention to maintenance is required during the curing period.
Avoid excessive exposure to sunlight, water immersion, and movement to achieve the adhesive state.
5. Clean the cuttings from the turf at the site before applying quartz sand and rubber granules.
