Structural performance

The hydraulic control valve assembly mainly consists of components such as the overflow valve, suction one-way valve, throttle valve (as per customer requirements), hydraulic one-way valve (hydraulic lock), etc. It can also be designed with different functional circuit combination valves based on the working characteristics of the electro-hydraulic cylinder to meet its operational requirements. Generally, it includes features such as push-out and pull-in self-locking, as well as both push and pull self-locking; operating speeds can be adjustable or non-adjustable; and the working angles of the electro-hydraulic cylinder can be horizontal push, upward push (including diagonal upward), and downward push (including diagonal downward). The main advantages of electro-hydraulic cylinders are as follows:

(3) The circuit is equipped with a bidirectional hydraulic lock, allowing it to stop at any position within the specified travel range and automatically lock, while maintaining a constant output force.

(4) Push-pull force and speed (as per customer's requirements) are infinitely adjustable with a wide range of driving force.

(5) In case of power failure, the push rod locks automatically to prevent accidents.

(7) Integrated mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic full-sealed structure; the working oil circuit circulates within a pressure-free enclosed steel cylinder, featuring a compact design, no leakage, and resistance to dust, water, and internal corrosion in harsh working conditions, resulting in a long service life.
