A flow diverter is a device consisting of a flow collector and a flow diverter, used for distributing and concentrating water flow. The flow diverter splits a single water source into multiple outlets through a container, while the flow collector collects multiple water sources into a single outlet through a container. It manages several branch pipelines, including return water and supply water branches, most of which are in sizes ranging from DN350 to DN1500, and are made of carbon steel or stainless steel plates, falling under the category of pressure vessel professional manufacturing. It requires the installation of pressure gauges and thermometers. It not only distributes water flow in the main pipeline as needed to ensure that the flow in each regional branch loop meets the load requirements but also collects the water flow from each branch loop and returns it to the main return pipeline, achieving a circulating operation. The reuse of return water can achieve greater energy-saving effects, meeting both heating and cooling needs simultaneously. It is widely used in boilers, central air conditioning systems, industrial circulating cooling water systems, and hot water systems.
