I. Feature Introduction:
Centrifugal oil filter machines utilize the high-speed rotation of their centrifugal head to generate centrifugal force, causing the oil, water, and impurities in lubricants of varying contamination levels to be separated rapidly under different centrifugal forces; the transmission mechanism ensures the centrifugal drum starts slowly and accelerates gradually, featuring a protective function against motor overload; the heating system is designed to regulate and control the temperature of the oil in the oil tank within the required range.
II. Technical Specifications:

Among them, the LY3.5-Ⅰ model is available in two types: A and B.
LY3.5-ⅠA Type: To enhance purification effectiveness and operational safety, an oil-run alarm system is added to the oil filter machine.
LY3.5-ⅠB Model: Equipped with a fine filter unit, which enhances the purification efficiency of the equipment. Users can choose different precision grades of filter cores as needed.

Equipped with low-temperature setting and a water-seal protection device, the former ensures that purification cannot be performed when the oil temperature falls below the set low limit, and the latter automatically closes the purification oil path and emits an alarm signal if the water seal is damaged for any reason, preventing a large amount of oil from spilling out of the outlet.

Centrifugal oil purifiers are suitable for power plants, ships, large machinery and equipment, lubricating oils, heavy diesel, and other purification processes. When used for turbine oil treatment in power plants, the bypass can be connected to the main turbine oil tank for random operation, which can timely remove moisture and impurities from the oil. This plays an active role in improving the quality of operating oil, slowing down the aging speed of the oil, and ensuring the safe operation of the turbine.
V. National Certification:
The LY-type high-speed centrifugal oil filter was approved by provincial and ministerial levels in 1994, listed as a key new product pilot production plan by the National Commission of Economic and Trade in 1995, and won the Jiangsu Province New Product Golden Bull Award in 1998. In November 2002, this series passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification.
