I. Product Introduction
The rotor bracket is an essential device for power plants during the maintenance of turbine generators. For different turbine generator sets, we have developed the ZT series of turbine generator set rotor maintenance brackets, which can meet the requirements for the maintenance of 20~100MW turbine generator set rotors. We have designed manual and electric brackets for high and medium-pressure turbine rotors, low-pressure turbine rotors, and generator rotors separately.

ZT Series Turbine Generator Set Rotor Support, featuring upper and lower split-box design. High load-bearing capacity, compact and reliable structure, quick placement and positioning. Stable and safe support. Easy operation, simple maintenance. All roller surfaces are made of brass, without damaging the rotor shaft diameter, no need for false sleeve guards at the shaft diameter. The upper and lower boxes and legs are equipped with universal convex-concave ball-type structures, allowing the rotor placed on the support roller to automatically adjust to be parallel with the contact surface of the roller. Manual series rotor supports use a handwheel for rotation, simple and convenient operation. Electric series rotor supports offer even easier button operation. The rotor supports meet the rotating requirements for checking the rotor disk of turbine generators, blade damage repair, and blade and impeller flaw detection. The support design has a low center of gravity, suitable height, and is convenient for maintenance personnel to work.
The ZT series turbine-generator set rotor supports are widely used in power plants, with great performance and highly praised by maintenance staff. They play a role in the maintenance work of turbine-generator sets, bringing substantial economic benefits to the power plants.
III. Product Usage
1. Bracket installation
The ZT series turbine-generator set rotor support bracket is first installed on a level ground line, with the bracket positioned according to the radial distance from the rotor support axis, prior to removing the rotor from the turbine-generator set. Then, adjust the bracket's level using the support leg's screw rods. Loosen the adjustment nuts of the convex-concave rings by approximately 10mm. Next, loosen the bearing bolts and the limit screws. The installation of the turbine-generator set rotor support bracket is now complete.
2. Bracket usage
Once the turbine generator set rotor bracket is properly placed, lower the turbine generator set rotor onto the bracket's roller wheels. At this point, the contact surface between the turbine generator set rotor shaft diameter and the roller wheels, via the ball joint mechanism with convex and concave balls, automatically adjusts to parallel under the force of gravity. Then, evenly tighten the support bolts and limit screws, and tighten the securing nuts of the adjustment convex and concave rings. Rotate the turbine generator set rotor on the bracket using the manual handwheel or electric control button (after powering on) to perform maintenance work on the turbine generator set rotor.
