Section 1: Diagram of High-Temperature Control Cable

High-Temperature Control Cable Applications
High-temperature control cables are used for the control wiring of electrical equipment and appliances. They operate at a long-term working temperature of 200°C, with a bend radius not less than 8 times the cable's outer diameter. Cables with armor or shielding should have a bend radius not less than 15 times the cable's outer diameter. These cables are suitable for high-temperature environments in industrial and mining enterprises, energy and transportation departments, and for controlling and protecting circuits at AC rated voltages below 450/750V. Fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed control cables are applicable.

Note:High-temperature control cable insulation sheath materials are all made of virgin material: polytetrafluoroethylene ethylene (PFA, FEP, F46, Teflon, fluoroplastic, Teflon). The product features resistance to extreme temperatures of -65~200°C, -65~260°C, oil resistance, corrosion resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and aging resistance.
