The spiral mixing aeration device employs a multi-layer spiral cutting design for oxygen aeration. As the air flow enters the aeration unit, it first passes through a double-spiral cutting system before entering the lower multi-layer serrated aeration head, where it undergoes multi-layer cutting to reduce bubbles into microbubbles. This significantly enhances the oxygen utilization rate, characterized by even aeration and high oxygenation efficiency.

6. Installation Program Overview
All pipes are cut to size according to the drawings and arranged in the positions indicated by the drawings.
Mark lines on the pipe according to the position of the aerator and each branch pipe, then bond the saddle bracket and the substitute three-way fitting.
After bonding, leave it for about a day, then drill holes after the adhesive has cured (press down harder during bonding to ensure full bonding between the pipe fittings and the pipe).
Align the main pipe, level it, position the adjustable bracket at the lowest Z position, and determine whether to secure it with expansion bolts based on the on-site conditions.
Install all branch pipelines with adjustable brackets, without adhesive, fit all branch pipelines in place, adjust the height of all adjustable brackets (no need to fix).
Install several aeration heads on each branch pipe and observe the level.
All pipes in each loop must be on a single horizontal line, and the loops themselves must be on a single plane. Use a ruler to draw lines on each branch pipe, main pipe, and loop branch, making the lines as long as possible.
Disassemble each loop.
Clean the pipe, apply glue, and install the pipe.
Bore holes and secure adjustable brackets on the branch pipe with expansion screws.
Install the turbine mixing aeration unit.

7.1 Common Faults of Turbulent Mixing Aerator and Solutions

7.2 Procedures and steps for routine maintenance, testing, and replacement of parts:
Daily inspect the aeration pond and operate strictly according to the operational procedures. In case of uneven aeration and localized large bubble phenomena, refer to the previous section in this maintenance manual for analyzing the fault cause and troubleshooting.
7.3. Usage and Others
After the aerator is installed in the empty pond, it must be filled with water promptly to prevent damage from sunlight exposure, welding sparks, and sharp objects falling into the pond.
This product is not suitable for heavy loads, should not be stored outdoors, and should be kept away from fire sources and hard objects to prevent damage.
7.4 After-Sales Service Measures
One-year warranty from the date of acceptance inspection; free repair within the warranty period (for products within the warranty scope). Provide tracking service for the equipment supplied by the company.
Upon receiving the customer's notice, a response is guaranteed within 1 hour, and on-site arrival is ensured within 48 hours of Z evening.
