Low-temperature thermoplastic sheet
"Taste" high polymer sandwich (thermoplastic) is a special synthetic high polymer polyester, a new type of high polymer material processed through a series of physical and chemical methods. In a dry environment at room temperature (10℃-30℃), its molecules remain stable. After heating in water at 65-70℃ for 1-3 minutes, it softens, and hardens within 3-5 minutes at room temperature.

Advantages of thermoplastic high molecular weight board:
1. Breathability: The thermoplastic polymer sandwich panel features a perforated design, which can be secured with hook-and-loop fasteners, offering superior breathability compared to other materials.
2. Malleability: Thermoplastic high molecular weight sheets have ductility, making them particularly suitable for joint fixation and shaping with a higher degree of fit.
3. Re-moldable: Thermoplastic high molecular weight boards soften upon heating and can be re-molded, meeting the need for adjustments later on.
4. Color and size options: The panels can be made in various colors and are also cut into various shapes for use on finger, nose, and other tip areas.
5. Full X-ray Transparency: Fracture lines can be clearly seen with no obstructions, facilitating diagnosis and observation.
6. Environmental Friendly: This product is non-toxic, free of pungent odors, and fully biodegradable.
