Usage Instructions:

1. Open the product packaging and remove the high molecular bandage, polyester pad, gloves, and water sprayer.

2. Put on gloves, cut a polyester pad to the appropriate length, and place it over the affected area

3. Open the bandage package, wrap it spirally around the affected area, with each layer overlapping 1/2, ensuring it's neither too tight nor too loose. For non-support areas, use 3-4 layers, and for support areas, use 4-5 layers.

4. After wrapping, evenly spray the bandage with a spray bottle of water, shaping as you go and ensuring the moisture is applied uniformly.

5. Cures in about 3 minutes, fully cured in 10 minutes, ready to bear weight
