This product is suitable for making a variety of vegetable fillings for dumplings, buns, and other purposes, in multiple specifications, such as with cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, green beans, scallions, eggplants, winter melon, zucchini, radishes, and tomatoes. It is also ideal for chopping ginger and garlic into a paste, as well as for processing green leaves and fruit into pieces for other industries.

Usage Instructions:

Trim the cabbage and similar vegetables by removing the root and any damaged leaves. When cutting winter melon, eggplant, zucchini, and similar vegetables, first remove the blossom end, seeds, and core. Also, cut excessively long or large vegetables into appropriate sections or pieces.

Before turning on, insert the plug all the way into the bottom position, place the dish under the outlet, remove the lid, connect the power supply using the power cord plug, and then turn on the switch. The motor inside the base, powered on, drives the cutting assembly to rotate. Continuously feed the vegetables into the feeding port, and once the vegetables are cut to the desired size, lift the plug to release the minced vegetables through the outlet (the height at which the plug is lifted determines the size of the minced vegetables, and the plug can be adjusted freely). Continue to feed vegetables into the feeding port, and the minced vegetables will continue to flow out of the outlet.

Once all the vegetables are cut, unplug the power cord, use a brush to push the vegetables out of the outlet, then reconnect the power, turn off the switch, and insert a small amount of water into the inlet for automatic rinsing. Lift the switch after checking that the interior is clean, then disconnect the power. (During the cutting process, add a little water to vegetables with low moisture content as needed to ensure the chopped vegetables drain quickly, preventing accumulation or over-mincing.)

Cautionary Notes:

Do not leave the dehydrated vegetables running for an extended period without water.

2. This unit should not be used in any splashing areas, and it should not be cleaned with splashing water. To prevent moisture from damaging the motor, please store it in a dry place when not in use.
