This product is suitable for preparing vegetable fillings for various types of dumplings, buns, and other products in various sizes, including those made from cabbage, round cabbage, celery, green beans, scallions, eggplants, winter melon, zucchinis, radishes, and tomatoes. It is also ideal for chopping ginger and garlic into paste and for processing green leaves and fruit into pieces for other industries.

Usage Instructions:

Trim cabbage, including round cabbage varieties, by removing the roots and any damaged leaves. For zucchini, eggplant, and cucumber types, first remove the blossom end, seeds, and cores. Also, cut oversized vegetables into appropriate lengths or pieces.

Prior to turning on, insert the plug all the way into the bottom position, place the dish below the outlet, remove the lid, plug in the power cord, and turn on the switch. The motor inside the base will then rotate the cutting assembly. Continuously feed the vegetables into the inlet, and once the vegetables are cut to the desired size, lift the plug to allow the minced vegetables to flow out (the height of the plug determines the size of the minced vegetables, which can be adjusted as needed). Continue to feed vegetables into the inlet, and the minced vegetables will continue to flow out of the outlet.

Once all the vegetables are cut, unplug the power cord. First, use a brush to push the vegetables out of the outlet. Then reconnect the power, turn off the power strip, and insert a small amount of water into the inlet for automatic cleaning. After the inside of the machine is clean, disconnect the power. (During the cutting process, add a little water to vegetables with low water content as needed to ensure the chopped vegetable mixture flows out quickly, preventing accumulation or over-mincing.)

Cautionary Notes:

Do not run the waterless vegetable equipment for an extended period without operation.

2. No splashing is allowed on this machine, and it should not be cleaned with splashing water. To prevent moisture from reaching the motor, please store it in a dry place when not in use.
