This product is suitable for processing various vegetables like cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, green beans, scallions, eggplants, winter melon, zucchini, radishes, and tomatoes into fillings for dumplings, buns, and other products in various specifications. It is also ideal for chopping ginger, garlic, and for processing green leaves and fruit into smaller pieces for other industries.

Usage Instructions:

Trim the roots and damaged leaves off of cabbage and similar vegetables. When cutting winter melon, eggplant, and zucchini, first remove the blossom ends, seeds, and cores. Also, cut oversized vegetables into appropriate lengths or pieces.

Before turning on, insert the plug all the way into the bottom position, place the dish under the discharge outlet, remove the lid, connect the power by plugging the power cord into the outlet, and then turn on the switch. The motor installed in the base will rotate the cutting assembly. Continuously feed the vegetables into the feeding port, and once the vegetables are cut to the desired size, lift the plug to allow the minced vegetables to flow out (the height at which the plug is lifted determines the size of the minced vegetables, and the plug can be adjusted freely). Continue to feed vegetables into the feeding port, and the minced vegetables will continue to discharge from the outlet.

After all the vegetables are cut, unplug the power, first use a brush to push the vegetables out of the outlet, then reconnect the power, turn off the switch, insert a small amount of water into the inlet for automatic cleaning, and then lift the switch to see if the inside is clean before disconnecting the power. (During the cutting process, add a little water to the vegetables with low moisture content as needed to quickly drain the chopped vegetable mixture, preventing accumulation or over-mincing.)

Cautionary Notes:

Do not leave the moisture-free vegetables running for an extended period.

2. This unit must not be used in any splashing areas and should not be cleaned with splashing water. To prevent moisture from reaching the motor, please store it in a dry place when not in use.
