This product is suitable for processing a variety of vegetables such as cabbage, kohlrabi, celery, green beans, scallions, eggplants, winter melon, zucchini, radishes, tomatoes, etc., into fillings for dumplings, buns, and other food items in various specifications. It is also ideal for chopping ginger and garlic into paste, as well as for processing green leaves and fruit into smaller pieces for other industries.
Instructions for Use:
Trim cabbage, and remove the roots and damaged leaves. For winter melon, eggplant, zucchini, and similar vegetables, first remove the blossom end, seeds, and cores. Then, cut any overly long or large vegetables into appropriate sections or pieces.
Prior to powering on, insert the plug all the way into the bottom position, place the food basin underneath the outlet, remove the top cover, connect the power using the plug, and then turn on the switch. The motor installed in the base will then rotate the cutting blade assembly. Gradually feed the vegetables into the feed opening. Once the vegetables are cut to the desired size, lift the plug to allow the chopped filling to flow out (the height at which the plug is lifted determines the size of the filling; the plug can be adjusted freely). Continue feeding vegetables into the opening, and the chopped filling will continue to be discharged through the outlet.
After all the vegetables are cut, unplug the power, first use a brush to push the vegetables out of the outlet, then reconnect the power, turn off the switch, insert a small amount of water into the inlet for automatic cleaning, and then lift the switch to see if the inside is clean before disconnecting the power. (During the cutting process, add a little water to the vegetables with low water content as needed to ensure the chopped vegetables quickly drain out, preventing accumulation or over-mincing.)
Cautionary Notes:
Do not leave the dehydrated vegetables running for an extended period without water.
2. No splashing is allowed on this machine, and it should not be cleaned with splashing water. To prevent moisture from reaching the motor, please place it in a dry area when not in use.
